Shipment and Delivery
At Shoplinenloft, we aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day after receiving cleared payment. We utilize expedited courier services for larger orders to get your items to you as quickly as possible.
We provide a tracking link for all shipments, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery online. Shipping fees include handling, packaging, and postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, while transport costs depend on the total weight of your order. We recommend grouping all your items into a single order to minimize shipping charges, as we cannot combine separate orders once they have been placed.
Please note that delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location. Domestic orders within the USA typically arrive within 2-3 business days, while international delivery times may vary. We try to deliver your items within the estimated time frame; however, delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Shoplinenloft is not liable for delays or failure to deliver within the estimated timelines.
Order Cancellation / Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please email us at shoplinenloft@gmail.com with your order number, name, address, product details, and the reason for the return.
Items must be returned in original condition and packaging, accompanied by a debit note. We recommend using a registered or insured postal service to send returns, as Shoplinenloft is not responsible for lost or damaged items during transit. Once we receive your returned items, we will process a refund, exchange, or store credit as requested. Refunds will be made via the original payment method and may take up to 7 working days to reflect in your account.
Damaged or Faulty Items
